About Rosa Warfsman

Rosa Byrnes-Warfsman held a very successful career spanning three decades within AT&T.  Her most recent experience was in the Global Business Sales organization with over 10,000 sales, marketing and operations professionals with $42 Billion in revenue.  She successfully organized, managed and delivered cross-functional projects, while structuring and executing complex sales analyses to support global strategies in this fast-paced and constantly evolving sales environment. 

This experience has been the perfect foundation for Rosa’s Real Estate career. Rosa loves to help people break down complex decisions into simple components. Rosa is organized, passionate and client focused.  She has exceptional communications and negotiation skills while staying focused on the clients’ needs and goals from contract to closing.

Rosa’s personal passion is her love of horses.  She is a very successful competitive rider and horse breeder.  She and her husband Joe have lived in Tewksbury Township, New Jersey for 20+ years on their horse farm making her uniquely qualified in assisting clients in farm properties.
